The new product developed this time: ISO D-O1 is the industry's smallest volume and low power consumption passive PWM pulse width modulation signal isolation and conversion into a two-wire 4-20mA transmitter IC newly developed by Sunyuan Technology. The working mode of this IC is to receive the PWM signal output from the front-end device through the current loop feeding mode of the rear stage (output end), and output the corresponding 4-20mA standard two-wire current signal after isolation conversion. This PWM pulse width transmitter is a hybrid integrated circuit that converts the duty cycle of the PWM square wave signal into an analog standard signal through isolation. The product is designed as a low-cost, small-volume standard SIP8 Pin flame-retardant IC package; it contains signal coupling high-speed isolation conversion circuit, precision reference voltage switch control circuit, low-pass filter circuit, drive amplifier circuit, VI conversion circuit, etc. The product has the characteristics of high conversion accuracy of PWM signal, good linearity, and wide output loop power supply voltage range (12-36VDC). The integrated process structure and new technology isolation measures enable the device to achieve: signal input and output 3000VDC isolation, and can meet the requirements of industrial-grade harsh working environment with wide temperature, humidity and vibration.
