SunYuan  SY LED1-485 Low cost&small size 4-digit two-wire passive and three-wire active bus-integrated RS485 communication intelligent (LED) digital display meter,It features a passive and active compatible design, capable of displaying industrial field sensor or transmitter signals such as 0~5V/0~10V/1~5V/0~±200mV/0~20mA/4~20mA—as linear decimal digital values within a preset range. Simultaneously, it can configure two isolated digital output signals for solenoid valve control systems. This enables measurement and automatic control of upper/lower limits for physical parameters like pressure, temperature, and flow in industrial gas pipelines, liquid pipelines, and tanks handling fuels, water, chemical raw materials, and other substances. The internal ADC circuit of the digital display meter converts analog signals such as 4-20mA into standard RS485 bus signals for output, enabling remote intelligent control via computers, PLCs, or FCS systems.

 

SY LED1-485 utilizes a seven-segment LED display panel, with each segment driven by a constant current source to ensure uniform brightness. This flowmeter features reverse flow and overcurrent protection, making it suitable for monitoring control points of physical quantities such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and liquid level in industrial sites, petrochemical plants, environmental monitoring, and mining industries. In most applications, various sensors convert physical quantities such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and liquid level into standard voltage or current signals. These signals are then fed into this digital display meter, which provides real-time visualization of the physical quantities, enabling users to monitor and control them conveniently.

 

SY LED1-485 features alarm functionality with two isolated digital outputs, enabling local display, control, and alarm capabilities.This feature is implemented only at the software level. Two PC452 optocoupler solder pad locations are reserved for future installation when the user requires an alarm function. The digital display meter has two alarm points set, with positive and negative alarm direction settings. The alarm point targets the displayed reading. When an alarm occurs, the last decimal point on the LED panel flashes. Alarm information is output via the port, capable of driving an optocoupler alarm signal. The product supports 485 communication, enabling remote connection to PLC/HMI systems to read and display values. It also allows configuration or modification of relevant parameters such as module address, baud rate, and alarm thresholds.

 

There are two wiring methods for the SY LED1-485: 1、Two-wire passive wiring, suitable for 4-20mA signals, requires no power supply to the meter; 2、Three-wire active wiring, suitable for signals such as 0–5V, 0–10V, 1–5V, and 0–20mA. Power must be supplied to this meter during operation. Acceptable power sources include 5V/12V/15V/24V DC. The A and B buttons on the back of the digital display unit can be used to configure various parameters, including zero point, full scale, decimal point, alarm settings, and delay time.

 

The input signal and panel display value of the SY LED1-485 exhibit a linear relationship.  For example: When the input signal ranges from 0 to 10V, the panel displays values from 0 to 1000. The correspondence is as follows: 0V corresponds to a display of 0, 5V corresponds to a display of 500, and 10V corresponds to a display of 1000. If the input signal is 4–20 mA, the panel displays values from 40 to 200. The correspondence is as follows: 4 mA corresponds to a display of 40, 12 mA corresponds to 120, and 20 mA corresponds to 200. The digital display's maximum range is 9999, and the minimum is -1999.

 

 

SY LED1 Dimensions: 35.0 × 22.5 × 17.5 mm; features a flame-retardant plastic housing with a panel (flat surface) mounting hole installation method.

Panel mounting cutout dimensions: 33.0 × 20.5 +0.2 mm; Digital display for indicating sensor transmitter signals within control instrument enclosures or control cabinets.
