Pt100/Cu50 RTD to Analog Signal Isolation Transmitter
SunYuan ISO Z-W Series Isolation Amplifier Transmitters are hybrid integrated circuits that isolate RTD signals by temperature and convert them into standard signals that are linear with temperature. The isolation amplifier in the same chip integrated a set of multi-channel high isolation DC / DC power supply, several high-performance signal isolator and RTD linearization, long line compensation, interference suppression circuitry, especially for Pt100/Cu50 RTD signal isolation converted to standard signals, temperature signals, and distortion-free telecommunication, industrial field PLC or DCS system temperature signal acquisition and isolation and amplification conversion.
The chip integrates a high-efficiency DC-DC, which can generate two sets of mutually isolated power supplies to power the internal input amplifier circuit and modulation circuit and the output demodulation circuit, conversion circuit and filter circuit respectively. SMD process structure and new technology isolation measures make the device can achieve: power supply, signal input / output 3000VDC triple isolation. And can meet the industrial grade wide temperature, humidity, vibration of the harsh working environment requirements. ISO Z-W series temperature signal isolation amplifier is very convenient to use, only a few external components, can realize the isolation of Pt100 RTD signal transmission. And can realize the industrial field temperature control signal one into two out, one into four out function.

Product Calibration
Calibration equipment: one resistor box accurate to 0.01 ohm, one DC power supply, one 4.5-digit multimeter.
Calibration steps:
1、 Connect the product according to the application diagram, or install the product to the circuit board which has been designed.
2, according to the value of the auxiliary power supply, connect the power supply; install the adjustment potentiometer; output to the multimeter.
3、 According to the temperature range of the input, check the scale to get the corresponding resistance value range Rlow~Rhigh.
4、 Turn on the power and start the machine for 15 minutes.
5、 Adjust the resistance value of the resistor box to the value equal to Rlow, adjust the zero potentiometer so that the output is the corresponding output value of the zero point (e.g. 4mA).
6, the resistance of the resistor box is equal to the value of Rhigh, adjust the amplitude potentiometer, so that the output is full of the corresponding output value (for example, 20mA).
7、 Repeat steps 5 and 6 several times to improve the output accuracy.
8, calibration is complete.

ISO Z-W-S Product Expansion Examples
The ISO Z-W-S/D series of isolation amplifier transmitters and the ISO EM series of isolation amplifiers make it easy to realize one input and multiple outputs for RTD signals. Principle of the single input, multiple output application program :By connecting the signal output from the ISO Z-W-S/D isolation amplifier transmitter to the input of the ISO EM isolation amplifier, the ISO EM isolation amplifier outputs a set of signals that are completely isolated from the inputs, thus realizing one input of RTD signals and two outputs of standard signals that are isolated from each other. Similarly, the signal output from ISO Z-W-S/D isolation transmitter is connected to the inputs of several ISO EM isolation amplifiers, and each ISO EM isolation amplifier outputs a set of signals that are completely isolated from the inputs, thus realizing one way input of RTD signals and multiple outputs of standard signals that are isolated from each other.

Application program 1: one way RTD signal input, two way voltage signal output
One way Pt100/Cu50 signal input with module ISO Z1-W3-P1-O4-S and module ISO EM-U1-P1-O5
(temperature range 0-150°C).
Two mutually isolated voltage signal outputs, one of which outputs 0~5V signal and the other outputs 0~10V signal. The output of module ISO Z1-W3-P1-O4-S is connected to the input of module ISO EM-U1-P1-O5.
Application program 2: One way RTD signal input, two current signal outputs
One Pt100 signal input (temperature range 0-100°C) is realized with module ISO Z1-W2-P1-O1-S and module ISO EM-A4-P1-O1.
Two mutually isolated 4-20mA current signal outputs. String the output of the module ISO Z1-W2-P1-O1-S to the input of the module ISO EM-A4-P1-O1, and then output 4-20mA current signals, and at the same time, ISO EM-A4-P1-O1 also outputs a set of isolated 4-20mA current signals.
