  • SUNYUAN ISO EM-T Series Analog Magneto-electric Isolated Amplifier/Transmitter is a kind of modules with hybrid integrated circuit inside which generates the signals with according matchable precision and linearity after the isolation, amplification, distribution, conversion process to the analog signals between sensors and PLC, instruments. In the IC, there are one multi-isolation DC/DC transforming power and a set of electric-coupling analog signal isolated transmitter.ISO EM-T Series Magneto-electric Transmitter is mainly applied in the field where there is no special requirements on EMC (electro-magnetic interference). Zero Adjustable|Zero Calibration|Full Adjustable|Full Calibration|Gain Adjustable|Gain Adjustment|Zero Adjustment|Full Adjustment ISO EM-T series analog magnetic isolation amplifier transmitter is a hybrid integrated circuit that isolates and amplifies analog signals and converts them into proportional analog outputs. The IC integrates a set of multi-isolated DC/DC converter power supplies and a set of magneto-electric coupled analog signal isolation amplifiers on the same chip. It adopts a low-cost scheme of magneto-electric coupling and is mainly used in applications with no special requirements for EMC (electromagnetic interference). Wide creepage distances on the input and output sides and internal isolation measures enable the chip to achieve 3000VDC insulation voltage. 


      ISO EM-T series analog magnetic isolation amplifier transmitter internal electromagnetic isolation technology, compared with optocoupler isolation has better temperature drift characteristics and linearity. The zero point and gain of IC can be adjusted and calibrated by external multi-turn potentiometer, which is convenient for the industrial site to adjust and calibrate according to the working and running status of the instrument and equipment.
