  • The SunYuan ISO Z-W-P-F series isolation transmitter IC is a hybrid integrated circuit that converts the Pt100/Cu50 thermal resistance sensor analog signal into a digital pulse frequency signal that is linearly proportional to the temperature change according to the temperature detection level. The IC converts the thermal resistance signal into a unit pulse frequency signal and then isolates the output, which can significantly enhance the signal's anti-interference ability, which is conducive to long-distance transmission without distortion. After the product is interfaced with the counter of the single-chip microcomputer, it can complete the AD conversion and radio frequency signal modulation wireless remote transmission, and can also be combined with the optical transceiver module for optical fiber remote transmission.

SunYuan ISO Z-W-P-F series isolation transmitter IC is a kind of Pt100/Cu50 RTD sensor analog signal according to the temperature detection high and low isolation converted into a digital pulse frequency signal mixed IC which is linearly proportional to the temperature change.  The IC will transform the RTD signal into unit pulse frequency signal and then isolate the output, which can significantly enhance the signal anti-jamming ability, and is conducive to long-distance distortion-free transmission. Through the counter interface with microcontroller, the product can finish AD conversion and RF signal modulation wireless remote transmission, and can also be combined with optical transceiver module for fiber optic remote transmission.

        Module internal integration of high-efficiency DC-DC, can generate two groups of mutually isolated power supply to the internal input side of the RTD long line compensation circuit, linearization processing circuit, voltage amplification and adjustment circuits, precision voltage and frequency conversion circuits, frequency divider circuits, isolation of anti-jamming suppression circuits, and the output side of the output circuits power supply, respectively. Particularly suitable for the isolation of RTD signals into digital pulse frequency signals, temperature signal transmission and distortion-free remote transmission, industrial field PLC or DCS system temperature signal acquisition and isolation. The internal SMD process structure and new technology isolation measures enable the device to achieve: working power supply/signal input/output 3000VDC triple isolation, and can meet the industrial grade wide temperature, humidity, vibration of the site of the harsh operating environment requirements.

        ISO Z-W-P-F series temperature signal isolation amplifiers are very easy to use, users only need to connect the external zero and fullness potentiometers for calibration to realize the isolation of Pt100 RTD sensor signals into unit pulse frequency signal isolation transmission.
