ISO S-P-O Series (Sine to Square) Isolation Transmitters are hybrid integrated circuits that isolate and convert speed sensor signals, sine wave, sawtooth wave signals, or weak waveform signals into square wave signals at exactly the same frequency as the input. The product integrates a set of multiple highly isolated DC/DC power supplies, a high-performance signal isolator and signal amplification and shaping circuits on the same chip. It is especially suitable for isolating and converting signals such as rotational speed and sinusoidal waveforms into standard square wave pulse signals, which are now widely used in automotive speed measurement and automotive ABS antilock braking systems.
The high efficiency DC-DC integrated inside the ISO S-P-O chip generates multiple isolated power supplies to power the internal input amplifier circuits and modulator circuits, and the output demodulator circuits, converter circuits, and shaper circuits, respectively .SMD process structure and new technology isolation measures so that the device can achieve: power supply, signal input / output 3000VDC triple isolation.
