The ISO U/A-U/A-U/A-P-O Series Analog Signal Isolation Amplifier is an electronic integrated module capable of simultaneously providing electrical isolation, amplification, and conversion for four signal channels，It employs a compact standard SIP 16-pin (single in-line package) flame-retardant housing with resin encapsulation. Internally integrated are a multi-channel isolated DC/DC conversion circuit powered by a single supply and multiple capacitively coupled signal isolation circuits. It supports single-ended input/output for analog signals, as well as isolated transmission with positive-to-positive and negative-to-negative input/output configurations. The entire unit requires no external potentiometers or other electronic components, eliminating the need for zero and gain adjustments. This significantly simplifies system design and reduces on-site usage costs for users. The analog signal transmission within the product employs capacitive coupling isolation technology. Compared to magnetic-electrical isolation, it offers superior resistance to EMC interference. Compared to optoelectronic isolation technology, it provides better temperature drift characteristics and linearity, while eliminating the cumbersome task of repeatedly calibrating zero and full-scale points during operation. The auxiliary power supply employs a single-source configuration with 3kVDC isolation between the power supply and signal input channels.
